We are pleased to provide for our users a hotel travel tips section. On this page you will find useful information about finding the right hotel, what to look for and what to expect. Once you are familiar with the information in this section you will be able to get a lot more out of the Hotel Booking Desk website.

Finding the right hotel

In order to make your trip as successful and smooth as possible it is important to make sure that you check in to a hotel that fulfills your requirements. We have provided as much information as possible about each of the properties we feature to help your decision making. The main things you should consider when choosing your hotel are:

  1. Location - Make sure that the hotel is situated in a location that is easily accessible from the places you will be visiting/working. It makes no sense booking a cheaper hotel if a long taxi ride is required to get to your destination. However, it's always worth checking the transport links from the hotel as some out of town properties provide excellent links to the city. Where possible we have provided a location map to show you the location of the hotels.
  2. Facilities - Ensure that the hotel has all of the facilities you require before making your reservation, don't just expect facilities to be there. Many hotels provide only a basic service, this is ideal for some people but very dissappointing for those expecting swimming and fitness facilities and a selection of restaurants. We provide a full list of the facilities and amenities available at each of the properties we offer.
  3. Restrictions - Some hotels operate strict policies allowing no children to stay in the rooms. Many hotels will not allow pets to stay. It is vital that you check this before booking your hotel as it can be very frustrating having to find a different hotel on arrival.
